  1. They need to change their workforce culture. The men are entitled to high pay without any expectation to produce results. (It is why important jobs are given to foreigners instead of Saudi citizens). On the other hand, women are not given many job opportunities in the job market.

  5.  @Pqndchannel  Unlikely. You are more likely to get a ISIS organization to take over than a democratic one. The population is already radicalized. Luckily, they have become too fat and lazy thanks to huge government handouts to actually put the effort into overthrowing the government. When the oil money dries up, the country is going to become a nightmare.
