@TheLastCrumb. Musk may be intelligent and creative, but that doesn't result in emotional intelligence. He seems to have difficulty controlling his own emotions and responding appropriately to others' emotions.

@TheLastCrumb. Understanding your own emotions, controlling your own emotions, understanding other people's emotions, and responding appropriately to other people's emotions. For example, people who can't tell when they are offending someone are emotionally unintelligent. People who can't recognize when they are being rude or passive-aggressive when they are upset are emotionally unintelligent. People who cry in public or have angry outbursts are typically emotionally intelligent. Based on people who work with Musk, he doesn't know how to read a room. He also has a fragile ego and tends to overreact.

Mongolia isn't known for the rule of law. It can't be easy being landlocked between the world's two leading autocracies.

@bluemarlin8138 A lot of people forget that in 2003, Iraq had the fourth biggest army in the world and their soldiers were battle hardened from the war with Iran.

Criminals with military experience and PTSD. What could go wrong?
8
@arofhoof Trump called Putin a "genius" and "savvy" for invading Ukraine in two separate interviews.
8
Trump, how does this benefit me?
8
@set3777 Ever Attorney General, every Secretary of Defense, every Chief of Staff, etc. I think there is a Secretary of Energy who is still in the Cult of Personality.

It is worse for their Navy. Every time Russia stops Ukrainian missles and drones, a Russian sailor takes a smoke break next to the ship's ordinances.
7
Because it is all scripted.

 @Daniel4646 "Stable genius"

A sign of Russian engineering when their ice breakers can only operate in the Caribbean.
7
Based on Russia's view in Syria, the UN recognized government is allowed to invite troops from other countries, but everyone else is there illegally.

@robertatkins9419 He was literally fined for being in contempt of the judges orders. Judge gave him a gag order and he continuously violated it.
7
mcdazz2011 It still means you have generals and officers who are experienced in waging war. 15 yeare is also enough time to fix structural issues from lessons learned from the last war. Also, fighting Kurdish insurgents never stopped
6
@richardgallagher4880 Mongolia used to own Russia. Does that mean Russia doesn't deserve its own sovereignty, culture, or language?
6
@richardgallagher4880 Stop bugging me with your illiteracy

They are taking a holiday to celebrate their victory in making Trump president.

We are 1075 days into Putin's 3-day special military operation. We are also in 250 hours into Trump's 24-hour peace deal.
6
It helps that Russia has to divert troops to Belgarod to fight other Russians.
6
@izuchukwu1628 Almost as crazy as people voting for a known insurrectionist.
6
What is the big deal? It is only a special military opposition on Russian soil.
6
Russia actually had good economists. Considering all the pressures that the Russian economy is facing, the fact that the central bank has prevented an economic collapse is amazing. Of course, long-term prospects for Russia's economic future is dismal.
6
@dpelpal Russian stealth fighters are so stealthy that no one has ever seen them in the air.
5
@davetdowell How many rubles do you get paid per comment?

MAGA getting triggered by this thumbnail 👍

Most fighting aged men in the Donetsk region are dead or injured anyway. Early in the war, Putin had them mobilized and sent to the front line without body armor or modern firearms.
5
Imagine how Trump feels. Do the love letters between Trump and Kim mean nothing to the NK dictator?
5
You don't send billions of dollars on equipment and not send someone to make sure it doesn't go to waste.

Russia can always find a use for canon fodder.

@robertatkins9419 Your desperation is embarrassing if you are trying to argue that your lies being debunked somehow gives you more credibility.
5
Trump thinks genius starts with a J. I would take his opinion with a grain of salt.

@alqaas1948 Using previous budget surpluses to buy a bunch of military assets to be destroyed in Ukraine looks good in GDP terms, but it is not good for long-term growth. Nationalizing (stealing) foreign assets is a good way to get cash quickly, but it guarantees that Russia will never be a place of investment again. Driving up wages by causing workers to flee abroad or having young men lose their lives in Ukraine seems nice for now, but it makes the Russian industry uncompetitive if it ever wants to switch from war production to an export economy in the future.

@Philhou77005 Who was he lying on behalf of? 🤔
5
Or the FBI. I'm not sure why you think morality needs to be tossed aside to confront evil.

@lauchlanguddy1004 "Shafted" seems unfair as NATO nations have give aid 50 times over Ukraine's military budget. However, it is a fair point to say the delays and indecisiveness did allow a Russian buildup.
4
Not really. Most of these minority regions are 40-60% ethnic Russian by design.

Who is going to buy China's exports?

@noktumwhatever753 You think stealing classified documents, obstruction of justice, and defrauding the government should be legal for the political class? Holding individuals above the rule of law is a textbook feature of authoritarianism.

Watch MAGAts gaslight themselves into believing that Trump didn't promise to end the war in a day.

@greatbriton8425 Pre-2021 invasion, Russia and their proxies were firing artillery at the Ukrainian army in the Donbas, so the Ukrainian army fired back. During these exchanges, Ukrainian civilians in the Donbas became civilian causalities. According to data from Luhansk People's Republic, it averaged about 1 civilian per month that were killed in artillery strikes. Now compare this to thousands of civilians killed by Russian artillery strikes in Mariupol.
