@LordOfLight There is merit in the idea that everyone has the right to a legal defensive. However, this is a case where lawyers are taking money from a war criminal to intimidate a journalist. One needs to get their head checked if they can't see the difference.

@LordOfLight False. Lawyers have codes of ethics that include not lying and not bringing frivolous lawsuits. Bringing a frivolous lawsuit designed designed to intimidate a journalist reporting on a war criminal is completely without merit or ethics.

@LordOfLight It is difficult to disbar a lawyer for bad ethics, but that doesn't make their actions morally right. Obviously, you have zero experience in law.

@Heart Of Darkness Obviously, you keep dancing around the fact the war criminal's lawyers are presenting a frivolous lawsuit to intimidate a journalist into silence because your whole argument is without merit. While even a war criminal is entitled to legal representation, he is not entitled to have lawyers break the law or their code of ethics on his behalf.
