@ChathurkaMadhushan The guy who planned 9/11 and Bin Laden's courier were water boarded almost twenty years ago. Hardly a "torture camp." Meanwhile, China sends Muslims to camps for praying too much or having too long of a beard. More north, you have Putin sending his political opposition to gulags in Siberia.
