  11. According to the LPR, 7 civilians in Luhansk have died from Ukraine artillery prior to the 2021 Russian invasion. Now, thousands of civilians have died in Luhansk. Putin said he wants to protect Russian speakers, but he is only making a river of blood to feed his dream of being a Czar of a new Russian Empire.
