The other estimates are based on Trump's tax accessors, whom Trump signed off on. Lastly, if Trump didn't want the judge to decide the case, then he should have requested a jury trial.

Both parties were okay with arrangement until the progressive wing took hold of the Democrats. These progressives don't believe in limitations on government power, so that is why they want to stack the court and get rid of the filibuster.
