There were a lot of anti slavery founding fathers. They just didn't want to fight a civil war over the issue.

Non bias journalism wasn't a thing until the 20th century when newspapers made more money by selling to the broadest market. We have regressed thanks to technology making it easier to target consumers based on political beliefs and media giving these consumers validation with confirmation bias.

A man who doesn't know his father and looks white can't be African American. Race is a social construct, so if no one considers someone as black, then they aren't black. Blood and DNA are meaningless.

Apparently, YouTube will censor me for pointing out that racism on skin color is a rather modern invention that didn't take place 2000 years ago. Let's see if they remove this comment too.

@jeffreywoodward8202 Or only the super wealthy would be the only ones who win campaigns, because they would be the only ones who could afford to spread their message without consolidating resources with others.

@jeffreywoodward8202 Between regulators and Wall Street, it seems like the finance guys always to be a step ahead. I imagine it would be similar issues with political regulation on the scale you suggest. I would also say the SEC can't even fully enforce the rules they have now for politicians.
