She is talking about Bezos, Musks, and Bloomberg, who paid zero in federal income taxes because instead of selling their stock, they get their income through bank loans with their stock as collateral. They basically use tax loopholes to get income from selling their stocks without paying capital gains while reporting it as debt.

People want to be paid like a construction worker, while doing a job where a quarter of their shift is spent playing with their cell phone.   44. I remember a lot of messed up kids in middle and high school where their actions weren't that different from the shooter, but there was never a school shooting. I imagine that schools deal with these issues more than you think. Remember, they are school administrators, not forensic psychologists. It may be unreasonable for you to use your 20/20 hindsight to say they should have saw this coming. The parents are a different story. They knew the kid was too messed up to have a gun.
