  9.  @DuaneHallinSD  It's because of all the modern surveillance that Russia keeps shuffling troop movements, removing license plates, making empty military dumps, and taking away soldiers cell phones. Also, there isn't any chance that NATO and Russia are going to face off. At most, Ukrainians defending their home are going send a bunk of Imperialist invaders back home to Russia in body bags with Western weapons.
