If Russia has hypersonic nuclear missiles, then there isn't a chance anyone will invade Russia. This makes the threat of a "NATO invasion" a pretext to fool a gullible Russian public and idiots like Tucker Carlson.

B ) There is little risk of a nuclear power attacking another nuclear power, because neither side wins a nuclear exchange. This means Russia is too scared to attack NATO and NATO is too scared to attack Russia. Putin only wants Ukraine out of NATO, so he is free to use his military to intimidate the country in a way he can't do to NATO countries. Again, only gullible fools actually think there is a possibility of NATO invading Russia. C ) The ballistic missles that Putin complains about are Patriot missle shields that are being expanded due to Russia ignoring their treaty obligations to stop producing intermediate ballistic missles.
