The Trump Fondation was caught using funds raised to help sick children to pay Trump's debts and even for a narcissistic painting of Trump himself. The Fondation was eventually forced to shut down by prosecutors, because it was running fun raisers in Trump hotels, and charging over 300% the standard rate. Basically, Trump was telling people to donate to help sick children as a scheme to take money from rich people thinking they are donating to a good cause.
