  3. Controversial opinion: I'm not a fan of Trump and I think he should be jailed, but it doesn't seem constitutional to prevent someone from running when the crimes are still alleged. If Trump was convicted of the crime, then the disqualification would make sense.

  5. The votes decided that Bush won. Gore just wanted to rerun the election in districts that favor him until he got the results he wanted. The court said that they had to rerun the whole state. Florida wasn't going to rerun the election because Gore didn't like the results.
