  1. Yep. Fits. My first GF in college sounds like the woman you described. The behavior she refused to change was her my-way-or-no-way attitude around getting her. She refused to compromise on anything. If it wasn’t what she wanted she just refused to cooperate or compromise. Only I didn’t escalate to anger (my issue at the time…hanging in there and setting boundaries). I left. But I did cheat on her once on my way out. I consider that an indirect and passive-aggressive expression of my anger. Not my finest moment….
