This game is dying for PRECISELY the reasons SkillUp mentioned. Its dying because of poor game design. PVP players" "enjoyment" comes at the expense of PVE player's time investment, progress and ability to gear up for PVE. PVE players are herded into the DZ because Massive refuses to let you gear up efficiently playing any other part of the game. They then have PVP forced on them by other players...and losing PVP encounters that they are not geared for (because they are geared to clear PVE content) winds up costing them loot that they've worked hard to acquire. As well as EXP and DZ credits. There is a reason why no one else makes games like this anymore....and as long as Massive continues to prop up the DZ by doing everything they can to extend the grind in other parts of the game....PVE players are going to resent having to go into the DZ...and resent what goes on in there.
