  2.  FLAG BANDIT  He can only be impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors". Which means he can't be impeached for political acts. No matter how irreponsible or in poor taste. Especially if they are done by others on his behalf. The real issue is that his irresponsible rhetoric CREATES A CLIMATE where people think that this is a reasonable way to behave. This is what happens when you have poor leadership from a man who only thinks of himself.
