  1. Boundaries work. The issue is that they are an expression of what you will tolerate…not a means to control other people’s behavior. The ultimate boundary is a wall. You get up, walk away and shut that person out of your life. Some truly toxic people will try to get past walls….but that’s when you get the State involved.
