It’s not about strong women. It’s about an obnoxiously confrontational and condescending attitude towards the very people who make her career possible. As well as a fundamental lack of understanding of the franchise and why it is popular. Instead of moving that TRULY inclusive and timeless view forwards…she is going to stamp her own tribalistic one on it.

@sletha2067 Exactly. Lucas was one of the pioneers in the 70s and 80s in terms of creating female characters who were leaders…but still feminine.
