This is genocide perpetrated by China & used by Mexican cartels. You have to give stiffer penalties to the drug dealers. I wish we could destroy the cartels, but since we can’t, the best we can do is incarceration of drug dealers! Booker is deceitful to worry about addicts first, those addicted are dying as well from fentanyl!
