@DR3ADER1 Actually, that isn't a correct judgement of those children. For instance, there are numerous non-verbal children who are extremely capable of high level analytical reasoning with some of them even having developed a different means of communication. Some even having translators. There was one who was even able to beat me at a game one time. I don't know what you mean by throw them in the deep end. I don't know what Kiwi Farms is. For complexity, I don't know were you are going with this, but complexity is within life itself. Not life itself. Reason being that people give life meaning.

Not only that, but they keep the advantages of autism and the different neuro perspective that can be extremely useful.

@DR3ADER1 It appears you didn't include the fact that autism is a very wide spectrum with a huge amount of variations. My point was in abilities, not just mere intense work put into them. There are verbal with below average as well and someone with a mix of both who can have exceptionally good memory. Some with poor memory with exceptionally good critical thinking. Many with said weaknesses who even work on them and actually become proficient later on. I'm also using critical judgment myself. It is a scientific fact that autism is a spectrum. For exception, that is what you miss. Every autistic person is an exception due to the huge variability with the spectrum. Even for those non-verbal cues that some autistic people struggle with, many not only learn it well, but even exceed neurotypical people at understanding them.

As an autistic person myself, I think we should treat the negative effects of autism. Like maybe with the high sensitivity, have something like high sensitivity tolerance. Or better social abilities while maintaining the keen special interests. I find there are advantages and disadvantages to autism and I think with getting rid of the disadvantages, we should keep the advantages.
