@Boatmurdered Today, it depends on where you are in LA. In places closer to San Fernando and Van Nuys, it is very clean. You won’t really find much of that there. I actually have family living out by there and they have a nice neighborhood and work great jobs. If you go to Skid Row, Compton, places closer to San Bernardino, or Watts, then yes. Also, do not go to those places at night. They are the really dangerous areas that have loads of gang activity and one of the headquarters for bloods and crips. Skid row is also the place with the tents and the city allocated specifically to the homeless to not be moved from. That is also the place where you see all the homeless tenta in most of these youtuber videos of Los Angeles.
