  28. For me, it depends on what type of conservative. The hardcore libertarian types who simply don’t want government and don’t care for anything else, I can handle. In fact, a number of them are actually angry with republicans right now for the anti-choice campaigns they have been doing and the christian nationalists. They also tend to be very constitutionalist and a big number of them are pro-weed. Many of them see anti-trans legislation as too much government. Overall, consistent believers in small government.

This country needs to pick by each person, who they actually want. If the way of the nation is that path, then we were already there to start with. Standing in place and having the same outcomes in the end is not a choice anyone should be able to live with. If maybe there is a chance of building a decent country again one day, then the said people will either change and do what is right or they will suffer and lose their way in the chaos.

Most of those people don't want anything to do with that war and many have Ukrainian relatives. people use control of resources, trauma, fear, false promises, human natures itself, and more into controlling people to do their bidding and it has the snowball effect.

  43.  @kx7500  It is a mix. Most people are not good or bad and that is down simply to how people are born. The few bad ones are what are of concern and probably the ones who do a huge amount of the manipulation as evident by the types of people who run for these positions and become CEOs. The few good people are also outliers and often hidden within in and are also manipulated. Take note of things like how indifferent people are in the US to tragedies in Africa. My own father even admitted after making bad faith arguments about climate change that he did not care about what people would come to face in the future. Though he also doesn't wish to go out and cause harm.

  44. I wonder. What if it were possible to remove the fetus at any point and then have it develop into a person, would the conservatives supportive that measure? I think the more paleo-conservative types would support it, but most would actually be against it and try to argue that it would change the “person”. Frankly. Them putting up this law makes me wish I were a woman so I could get impregnated and get an abortion in one of those states just to defy them. I wonder if there are some women and doctors who are angry enough to try it.

  48. A huge chunk of that state is going to go underwater soon anyways. Come out to the west coast. We have loads of LGBT resources and if cost of living is really getting to you, the northwest areas are super cheap. Even Alaska up North. Despite being republican, Alaska has actually been very libertarian with it being of the few republican states to have voters actually vote against legislation the would strip LGBT protections. I am a Californian and welcome LGBT fleeing Florida and people losing their homes in Florida.
