@lizzieb6311 Below average poverty rate with this and better homelessness reporting than other states. Can’t buy anything cheap if you have no money to begin with.

@ThomasSmoth-rj4zt The population decline is quite slow and a lot of people move back here as well. For more, California contributes far more than it takes from the federal government. That is completely wrong.

@austin7037 Why are homeless less than.5% of the population who also happen to be majority people who would be in mental wards that had been shut down by Reagan here? Also counting the fact that the housing in San Francisco and LA is cramp due to everyone wanting to live here and limiting the amount of available housing.

@austin7037 No. It is because you can’t pay for a house that is already taken or doesn’t exist.

@FOAB-Carlos Really doesn’t when it is less than .5% of the population, most of those homeless have mental issues where they are mentally disabled to an extreme, and that one can only build so much in a small space.
