  10.  @jorgeundertaker2827  The population loss in the past years was extremely marginal and in all the years of right wingers going on about migration, we had been experiencing a growing population. If covid-19 comes under control soon, you are probably going o see the population rise again and in places like Sacramento and the inland empire, the population has been exploding. If you think California is turning into a Latin American economy, you are definitely getting your information from only right wing demagogues upset with the state for disagreeing with them. For rich people passing laws, what do you think the state's propositions are for? They have been around for over a hundred years now specifically for that purpose. Also, have you not paid attention to the rich people in the other states? Vacations while their states freeze and lose electricity? Also, Latin America is ridiculously cheap. Only Brazil is a bit pricy and even then, it is still relatively cheap. The region has political corruption like the red states do and it is also very poor like the red states. In fact, the HDI rates some places in Latin America as better than the red states. So even if what you claimed were true, California would strangely and sadly, actually be better off that way. How about my cousin in the same area who is in the field of military technology? Or those up here in NorCal in computer science? Or even those with lots of land supporting agriculture? The agriculture ones are doing better right now with all the rain we got.

  12.  @jorgeundertaker2827  "What I meant by a Latin American style economy is the concentration of wealth among a minority and a very large proportion of poor people". I know. That is literally every single state in the entire country. In fact, the US is one of the most unequal developed nations in the world and no, it isn't all California. In fact, New York and Louisiana are even worst and Florida, Connecticut, and Massachusetts are just as bad. Texas is barely better and one of the worst. The reasoning for California and these states having very high inequality is because they either have places like San Francisco and Miami where billionaires own places or operate their businesses. For the poorer ones like Louisiana, also the same with places like New Orleans combined with the rural areas all lacking any opportunities which is part of why states like West Virginia have declining populations. "There are many other places around the country (including in my State of Florida) that are creating thriving tech centers and attracting talent without the outrageous cost of living and absurd woke politics of California" Maybe with rocket companies they are growing(Though they always had that with Cape Canaveral). Other than that, the techies have no real reason to go to Florida. For Florida, learn to build bridges and building better. That isn't as much of a problem here in California with our buildings and bridges being designed to even handle earthquakes with storms featuring hurricane force winds and downpours. In 2011 when that earthquake hit the east, everyone was in such a scramble. For tech monopoly, they never had one. Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Austin, Seattle, Houston, Boston, and Denver have had big tech industries for a very long time with different specialties. For cost of living, why do you think people have been moving to Sacramento and the inland empire? Even counting out of state, they move to nearby Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon. Who are cheaper than most other states. Hopefully those tech centers learn to build condos correctly. Depends on where you are in Florida now for those cost, does it not? Especially as you are undeniably going to have a much lower pay compared to if you are in California and that also doesn't count certain benefits you would not be able to get as no programs would be in place. Oh, on this part, tell Florida that we don't want to pay for their welfare anymore because you know, we contribute more of it than any other state in the nation and Florida and red states are the drain for said money. Pay for your own hurricane damages too will you? Afterall, you propose cutting funding to us and cutting taxes in general, right? For woke politics, define it because it is so vague. If you are referring to a trans-woman using a woman's bathroom, then good riddance to people who are so focused on that. That isn't going to affect whether a man in Skid Row finally gets a home or a farmer in Bakersfield being able to get electricity. I don't even know why you even care to bring this up or how it would affect people leaving the state or not. If people leave because of it, good riddance is what I say. Sacramento and the inland empires have grown because of people leaving Los Angeles, San Diego(a conservative area), and the San Francisco Bay Area. They are much cheaper than those cities and there are plenty of other areas that are even cheaper. Some solid numbers on those tags and not simply I see more of them? I have seen multiple Texas, Oregon, Nevada, and even New York tags as well. Covid-19 isn't over. Especially with the disaster the hospitals in Florida have been. Florida is simply acting like the dog drinking tea in a burning house. For unemployment, true. But, Florida doesn't have the lowest unemployment. That honor goes to Alaska and even speaking for California, ours is about the same as Texas. So, if California were to be bad here, you would have to call Texas bad as well. California also fares better in health coverage than Florida does which is also one of the reasons why we have a higher life expectancy. We also have the biggest shipping ports on the West Coast which are located near the most productive agricultural region in the entire world. More pay than those centers while having various benefits and safety nets. Not perfect, but I definitely take California's hubs over Florida. In fact, I think I would even pick Port-Au-Prince Haiti over every single city in Florida simply because of how the people are. For losing a Congressional seat, I never denied it was lost. What I'm denying is the reason that it was lost and that matters. The reason is another thing that is also a fact. Covid-19 is a problem and was what caused the population to decline in 2020 and 2021. For what is right wing politics is how you use facts. You can use facts in order to create any type of other messages which can be right or wrong. That is what you did here which was in promotion of right wing politics.
