  2. You’d need a lot of heat to melt the water first. Remember it’s in the form of water ice that is literally hard as rock at the prevailing temperatures.

  4.  @justinwright245  It’s not water. The water is frozen hard like rock. It’s hydrocarbons, in gaseous and liquid form. Cold, yes, but (mostly) not below its freezing point.
