Here in 🇳🇿 it wasn’t just Bloomfield, we have our whole coterie of local epidemiologists, like Michael Baker, Siouxsie Wiles and the others, advising the Government and also, don’t forget, giving their own interviews to the media without the Government interfering. In short, I think people were always kept well-informed. We have no media owned by Rupert Murdoch (that I’m aware of), deliberately trying to muddy the waters to push their own ideology.

The Fox News crowd suffered a lot of jealousy that a man whose job is revealing the truth enjoyed more credibility among the general public than someone trying to push an ideology. That’s why they’ve been trying to tear him down every chance they get.

@jonasp6043 Trump is gone, but his followers -- the whole Fox News crowd -- are still active, still trying to tear Fauci and the other scientists down, here and elsewhere.
