The 1st amendment, on the other hand ... the gun nuts don’t care.

Poor snowflake. “This country” voted overwhelmingly for Biden.
7
There goes his anti-vaxxer vote...
6
Everybody needs to obey the law. That includes those with the job of enforcing it.
6
“When the weather gets warmer ... it’s going to disappear, like magic ...”
6
Let’s just say they are “Mainstream” and you are not ...
5
Because a minority of the populace having a stranglehold on the majority of political power is the “American way of life”, isn’t it.
5
“When ... demonstrators throw stones at the police in Hong Kong, that’s considered to be heroism in the American press. When in Myanmar, the demonstrators throw slingshots at the ... oppressive army, they’re considered to be heroes in the Western press. When Palestinian kids throw stones at the Israeli soldiers, they’re called terrorists.” — Gabor Maté, Holocaust survivor

Given the weaponry at the Government’s disposal, that’s easy enough to arrange.
4
Fox testified in court, under oath, that he could not be trusted to tell the truth. Tell me, who owes whom?
4
I see the poor Trump snowflakes are throwing a tanty. Pro tip: don’t invite him to speak at your wedding.
3
Funny how Biden’s approval ratings remain much higher than the former guy was ever able to achieve. The fact that he is seen as caring for all the American people, not just those who voted for him, would only be seen as “destabilizing” by those whose positions of power and privilege he threatens.
3
You mean, she could figure out how to access it via Tor? Right wingers don’t really understand technology, do they ...
3
I like what Stephen Colbert said: “You don’t acquit Jeffrey Dahmer just because he’s full.”
3
You wonder why these “Liberal” channels are the first choice for right-leaning leaders and pundits to come to and make themselves heard. Aren’t there any services that subscribe to their values, that would be a better home for them? That would offer just as good, or better, quality of service, without Government help?
3
How many shots did Eugene Goodman have to fire to catch those Trumper rioters? Not a single one.
3
Why does he need to run? Don’t his followers believe he is still the President anyway?
2
Wonder why Trump didn’t do this to begin with, instead of wasting so much time on that Liberal bastion called Twitter? Because, let’s face it, a Conservative-based social network was, and still is, a poor second choice.
2
@terryturner3050 And a circular argument isn’t an argument. Those “weak minded people” were supposed to be on Trump’s side!
2
The majority of voters want what the Democrats are offering. Want to regain your electoral majorities? Why not try offering the voters some more popular policies, like the Democrats are doing?
2
Is that why all these Fox News people were whining about how they’ve lost so many Twitter followers lately?
2
What you call the “radical left” helped vote him in, remember. The fact that there are more “radical left” than “radical right” voters is tough for you. Deal with it. That’s democracy.
2
Does Fox News count as “Media” now?
2
@TrumpAmerica-2024 I think you got some figures the wrong way round, there. Nice try, though.
2
@kimleger8824 Why should there be a “border crisis”? Isn’t Trump’s wall working?
2
@Heels_Up_Harris I live in a free, democratic, civilized society that abides by the rule of law.
2
Mustn’t give taxpayers’ money back to them. Only liberals would do that!
2
Remember when Trump promised to make it easier to sue journalists for defamation?
2
There are “gaps” in the border?? Didn’t Trump manage to build a proper wall? After all the billions he spent on it! Where did that money go, anyway? And when is Mexico going to reimburse it? All you lot who believe Trump is still your President -- why not make him do his job for a change, by fulfilling that part of his promise?
2
The Republican Party is the reason why America can’t have nice things.
2
More classic entertainment from the guy whose own employer had to testify in court that he could not be trusted to speak the truth.
2
That seems to be the sum total of everything the Republican movement stands for these days: try to obstruct the Democrats from doing anything, even if it is good for the country and is popular with voters.
2
Greetings from 🇳🇿. Yes, lockdowns work.
2
I see Russia’s favourite commentator is at it again.
2
Slaveowner was a fool. Maybe he didn’t appreciate that the Government always has more and bigger guns than ordinary citizens. And if you shoot at them, they will blow you away and nobody will accuse them of overrreacting.
2
How many shots did Eugene Goodman have to fire to catch those Trumper rioters? Not a single one.
2
@mockingbird3099 Do you think they could go on to create the next Google, Apple or Amazon? Only, you know, with Conservative values?
2
Donald Trump is urging his followers to boycott Coca-Cola over their opposition to Georgia’s voter-suppression attempts. But he himself continues to drink it. Hypocrisy, much?
2
Meanwhile, the Conservative Political Action Conference is censoring one of its speakers.
1
The Kraken has been unleashed. Do not mess with people’s voting rights.
1
You know that reservoir in Florida that’s in danger of bursting right now? The one that the Republican Governor insists is absolutely no danger to the public? (Yeah, right.) That’s the kind of thing this infrastructure spend is intended to fix.
1
Why is it that being against Biden’s tax increases is not winning friends on Wall Street?
1
By “extreme gun control” they mean “gun laws comparable to those in regular civilized countries”. You know, civilized countries where it is not considered normal to have to worry about buying your kids bulletproof backpacks to try to ensure they will survive their school years?
1
Republican politicans are powerless against the growing tide of companies pushing back against voter-suppression laws. Why are the companies doing this? Because their customers, who are voters after all, are demanding it. Ultimately, what companies do will stand or fall on the effect on their business. As long as the effect remains positive, they will do it. Moral: don’t mess with voters’ rights! They will make you hurt for it.
1
According to this guy, the vast majority of the US population would be considered “far left”. Tell me how a democracy is supposed to work again?
1
Trump’s wall was supposed to keep them out, but it doesn’t seem to be working very well. What happened to the billions he siphoned away to spend on it? And what happened about getting the Mexicans to pay for it?
1
Oh, the poor Republican snowflakes ...
1
Is it time to finally admit that Trump has lost the election?
1
Massachusetts is a great example. If Illinois could control its borders, it, too, could achieve the same success. And yes, New York has long shed the reputation for violence it had back in, say, the 1970s.
1
Here’s a tip for him, from all the professional journalists: don’t do something that will get you sued for defamation, to the point where your only defence is to claim that nobody believes you are telling the truth anyway. Also, your old pal Sidney Powell is trying the same defence. Something tells me she won’t get away with it ...
