  3. 5:49 Actually, CU-SeeMe was originally developed at Cornell U (hence the “CU” part — geddit), and then they sold the rights to White Pine. The original codec was monochrome only, to reduce CPU usage and also keep the bandwidth down. Remember, we were talking early-to-mid-90s when that was first developed.
