  1. Unfortunately it’s not really “Windows 10 on ARM”, it’s only “Windows 10 on certain Qualcomm ARM chipsets”. If you want an OS that lets you have a choice of chipsets and hardware configurations, Windows doesn’t cut it; only Linux does.

  2. This incarnation of ARM Windows will be just as successful as every one of Microsoft’s past attempts to run Windows on non-x86 architectures. That means it will disappear without trace.
