  1. I think both sides are using essentially the same uniforms, perhaps from a Soviet-era design. That’s why they add those coloured armbands -- I think white for Russian, yellow for Ukrainian. Each I guess a colour found in their own flag, but not in the other one.

  2. I love the fact that Putin declares that the annexed parts are “forever a part of Russia”, then next thing you know his troops have turned and run away.
