Every time I hear about this “secret” stuff, I wonder: why wasn’t it used in Afghanistan? It could have saved thousands of American soldier lives, and civilian lives; was it really worth all those lives to keep such a secret? What is the point of a weapon that can decisively defeat your enemy if you don’t use it?

@zeroyou3060 Yeah, “leaders”, right. As a result of which, America has completely lost the war and had to pull out and leave the country to the enemy, which doesn’t seem to have been weakened one bit. Unrepentant, unbowed, and now in full control of what they set out to achieve.

@teovu5557 You make it sound good that America was involved in a war that lasted longer than any other it’s been involved in, without achieving a thing. If it really had the capacity to achieve something, why didn’t it deploy it?

@kevingil1817 Just because you haven’t learned the lessons of Afghanistan, doesn’t mean your enemies are going to ignore it as well. You assume that they will play by your rules, not by theirs. Meanwhile, you continue to live back in that past time when the US last had uncontested military superiority, back in World War II or something.
