  4. 4:13 You do that the way it was done in 🇦🇺 in 1996, and in 🇳🇿 in 2019: you not only outlaw the most dangerous weapons, you also institute a gun buyback scheme to take them out of circulation. Australia proved that it works -- look at their record on (relative lack of) mass shootings since the scheme was put in place in 1996. We in NZ hope to follow the same example.
