  2. 11:02 Regarding the noise ... here in NZ, a couple of hours south of Auckland, I rarely need to run my portable unit at night, so that mitigates the noise issue somewhat. Also I run it most heavily for maybe 3-4 weeks of the year, during the hottest part of summer.
