Just get Adobe Premiere or install Linux and learn not to be such a n00b. valve made most games playable by working on Proton, a version of Wine, now virtually everything runs near perfect if not better than on windows, if you primarily use steam then you don't have to fiddle with it at all. There's free versions of everything you need your PC to do. There's virtually no reason to use windows anymore.
