  1. that's a good idea, we need that here in NC, we spend way too much moving government buildings around, we don't move them into already built buildings, we build entirely new compounds and the budget of course always runs wild after a while (because everyone knows the money is going to come regardless of the work they do) when we could retrofit some malls mainly because malls are pretty pointless these days.
