  1. I don't see minds lasting in the long term, i think social media habits have evolved since Facebook hit critical mass, once you get on there it's like.. what the hell am I suppose to do? before we built networks between all of the people we knew in our lives, but since you're basically isolated and networking isn't intuitive on minds, it's simply a newsfeed, there's virtually no point in interacting with it, it's decent for people who are into maintaining a "Page" but that's about it. At least on Gab it's nothing but interaction, Gen Z seems to have moved beyond the whole newsfeed style social media for something that's quickly consumed then disposed of because what's the point of being like "Hey remember that meme i posted like.. 4 years ago?" it's too bulky, it's basically highlighting at its core what is flawed about facebook aside from their policy decisions, the platform is just old, i mean really listen to your own description, minds is almost not even suited for you and your content. The people on facebook mostly just want an open forum where they can talk a bunch of shit to each other, and on the other hand it's essentially grandmas sharing their family photos with their kids, or a baby boomer showing off the big fat bass they just caught in a lake, those people aren't going to transition lol. GAB is really the only option at this point for mass communication, its the only one that's actually making a significant enough difference for the rest of alt-tech to attempt to be realized. How often do you really hear about people in the media bitching about Minds? Now how often do you hear these people bitch about Gab? tells you something.
