  3. @Joe mata The issue is between WHO picks the electors, the legislature picked its own electors as the commission has its powers delegated to them from the legislating body. What you're watching in these states is the legislature taking back that power and putting forward their own electors, they specifically have that right. If you go back and watch some of Rudy Giuliani's hearings this issue is touched on multiple times and it somehow flies under the radar. You're going to see a fight take place where the constitution explicitly states that the legislature picks the electors.
