I personally appreciate the city permit to waste everyones time and annoy people in the street, "protesting" is useless, permit works great where I live, no one cares whats on your protest signs, they want you to shut up and leave them alone, everybody just tunes it out and stares to figure out if you're gonna do something stupid or not.
