America at its core is dead if this is allowed to be gotten away with, once they can cheat one of these elections and get away with it, every other election is a mere novelty. For 4 years we watched just about every institution in this country destroy itself to get Trump out of office, why is it unreasonable to be worried that our most sacred institutions will likely do the same? There's no trust anymore, its long gone.

In my experience progressives don't know what they stand for, they take up so many conflicting positions that just cannot be reconciled so everything just pisses them off and if you point out these conflicts they get confused and angry. They never want to solve the problems within their own community, they prefer to lecture everyone on how bad it is and what they should be doing about it, not them.

That's the hope but I don't know how many times in the past I've been hopeful of the SCOTUS only for them to let us down again and again so I'm just worried they'll screw us again like they usually do.
