If governors want to play around and take ownership of their own state's authority he's more than willing to offer them the aid but will wait for the governors fall flat on their face. Cuomo was doing this crap in NYC, now Cuomo has to own up to the old folks homes being infection zones, and now Cuomo has to own up his mishandling of these riots as well as take the blame for DeBlasio.
