"Nuclear codes" is so dumb, no one person has access to the whole code, or the keys, the President definitely doesn't have access to that as much as I'm sure the current one wishes he does, and it takes an act of congress to even authorize the president to even greenlight a launch. It's like a boomer meme to think our security system is so primative that we'd have like a 10 digit number written down on a piece of paper somewhere.
