I don't give a damn about this FDA crap, it's just pharmaceutical companies trying to get in on a market. I've always thought arguing that weed was "medical" was flawed, everything in some sense has some level of medicinal use, but I've always said weed needs to be legalized under recreational grounds because it's impossible to argue the legality of alcoholic substances and the legality of Marijuana at the same time. The Legal substance already has a much higher potential for causing harm than the illegal one, it's just outright immoral at this point.
