  6. Im convinced Tulsi is an opportunist, she likes to put on a good show but doesn't follow through on anything. She'll offer this up, it'll be popular and it'll either be slapped down or mutated into something else entirely that effectively screws alt tech worse than repealing 230 completely. But she'll get to prove how much of a "Maverick" she is to the easily duped public and have a better chance to move up the ladder simply for "trying".
