Just think about it, you tried to get a communist loving socialist elected in the US and the American's natural response was to be so repulsed that a corporate-loving raging grandpa was what they went for instead. Maybe next time... don't do that? Populism is fine and all but you gotta remember what country you're living in, it's very confident that it can survive a babbling dementia rattled man over a socialist. Just think of all the people that agree with you on 90% of the issues but avoided Bernie like the plague, you're not going to shame them into a massive income tax hike.
