Bumping up the minimum wage by double its previous amount is how you end up with people like Andrew Yang advocating for UBI as a solution to a problem they created in the first place and UBI is bad because then you're further devaluing the dollar which in turn puts you in a WORSE place than before you raised the minimum wage at all. Should probably listen to right wingers when it comes to money, because the left doesnt know how money works AT ALL

All those public services you enjoy are managed and executed by people who are collecting a pay check from the government that gets its money from where? YOU. It ain't free, you're paying for it and you have no say in whether or not you pay it, and when you talk about raising taxes you're expanding what everyone doesnt have a choice in paying and naturally you get pushback because when those new taxes go in, they're not coming back out. That's why you cant just screech climate change at fiscally minded people and they just get magically convinced you know what the hell you're talking about. Free shit doesnt exist, everything costs something from someone. Figure out how to life.
