  2. It's because human beings are predictable and stupid but don't realize they're predictable and stupid. Take a day, seriously, take a day and deconstruct society all the way down to how it gets to you personally because if you're honest you'll eventually realize that your entire understanding of the world around you is based on trust and that trust is based on...nothing. You ultimately don't know sh** and you're in a prime position to be told ANYTHING. The Simpsons comes back to you like this because yes.. that's exactly how dumb each and every one of you ACTUALLY are, but because you have a misplaced sense of pride you'll never see it in the moment.
