Just abolish the whole thing completely, this nonsense about "muh other agency will enforce it" is crap, the gov't just does whatever the hell it wants hence why it's just carrying out unconstitutaional laws with an unconstitutional agency all willy nilly for longer than many of us have even been alive and it always has an excuse to bend the rules, ALWAYS. I don't get why you people think the gov't MUST color inside the lines, if it did then you must explain Trump's pardon's then, what was that? Was that due to the gov't just obviously acting right? Of course not. If you have a chance to get rid of the ATF now, take it, don't play with it. It's not just unconstitutional it's a waste of taxpayer money, if you want firearm education and gun advocacy you can do that yourself in the private sector but I will never agree to keeping taxes high just so we can keep one more unnecessary agency around, I mean so what if it falls to the FBI to enforce it? They kinda already f'n do bro lol
