I never understood why people do this it's not good for projects of any kind, besides even with their forums tab, hosting any important discussions/info on discord is just a bad idea, it is a very ban-happy platform, very little control is in the hands of the "host" once they decide it's gone, it's gone. At least you can always backup your own forums.
