Well sorta, Progressives are pretty fed up with neo-liberal democrats or "traditional" democrats because they never deliver on what they say, so this is their big try to get something done, the DNC doesn't want some uppity nobody getting in the way of their plans so they're going to try to tear her apart and keep her leashed up because they've gotten so used to using similar lines to coerce votes out of people then immediately forget about them. Ultimately the DNC is going to destroy itself because it raised all these voters on progressive ideals, now they expect those ideals to be reflected in policy but the DNC is effectively telling them to piss off, it's creating a massive divide in the party at a very crucial time for them, the midterms coupled with the hilarious 2016 loss will probably end up collapsing the entire party, probably won't even be able to put up a fight in 2020. Despite all this, the media is still lying to them about their performance like it's going to help them in the end looool.
