No. A muscle car has a V8 engine. It's literally in the definition, American made midsize sedan or coupe, V8 RWD That the formula. No EV can ever be a muscle car @Bonanzaking

@JoeOrber yup personally I'd broaden the definition to include 4 doors, but I didn't coin the term so technically it's not up to me, but I still call them that anyway

@Bonanzaking mustang is a pony car, not a muscle car. Try again If it wasn't a RWD V8 2 door made in America, it wasn't a muscle car. Period

@Bonanzaking you can call a Charger a Muscle sedan, that fits. But by the original definition? It isn't one. Even the 4 door versions of 2 door muscle cars, were not considered a muscle car, rather a muscle sedan even though they were the same car plus 2 portals. I'm not trying to start a fight with you, but the definition is fact man that's all

No EV could EVER Be a muscle car, it can be muscle car adjacent, or inspired but it cannot be a muscle car Your definition is not correct. It is about straight line speed, but the method of propulsion is paramount to the definition

@Bonanzaking people can disagree all they want. The literal definition disagrees with them, and that's above them all. Case closed. You can call any car you want a muscle car, doesn't make it so. My favorite car ever, the Corvette fits the bill to be one as well, but it isn't.
