  1. It wasn’t until the mid 1960s that any notion of a Palestinian identity was created by Yasser Arafat, in the context of terrorism. That’s why anything Palestinian is considered taboo. One only has to look at the wider Arab world, and one gets a picture of the terror and dysfunction of these people.
